Parenting and public life

Hosted by Global Institute for Women’s Leadership

Enjoy a candid and in-depth discussion about the unique challenges of balancing parenting responsibilities and the demands of a political or public service career, specifically for women.

Bringing together a panel of politicians and public servants with personal experience on this issue, they will share their insights and experiences, to provide a valuable learning and networking opportunity.

The event also aims to create a conversation about the importance of family-work balance for women; its impact on society and the political sphere; and to highlight the barriers that women face in achieving equal representation in politics and leadership positions.
