About this event

Join us in Sydney on Thursday 19 September as we bring our ANU community together again to celebrate the legacy and impact of Professor Phillipa Weeks.

From 1971 to 2006, Professor Phillipa Weeks (BA (Hons) '74, LLB (Hons) '79, LLM '87) was a pivotal figure in shaping the ANU experience at the College of Law. Since her passing in 2006, Phillipa Weeks has continued to pave the way for students from rural and regional backgrounds through the Phillipa Weeks scholarship. This scholarship empowers aspiring law students with exceptional academic achievements, leadership qualities, and a deep commitment to social justice the opportunity to take the next step forward in their journey. To date, it has supported 16 students to pursue their dream of a university education in law.

We invite you to be a part of this legacy and join us in Sydney on Thursday 19 of September. This event presents an excellent opportunity to network and catch up with friends from ANU. We also welcome any donations, big and small, to contribute to the Phillipa Weeks Foundation.

We are thrilled to announce that Professor Tony Connolly, Dean of the ANU College of Law, will be joining us.

We would love to see you there.
